We'll be changing the external Bypass Switch of RR.A.SD02.UPS-B, providing supply to B-Feed of RR.A.R03 as well as RR.A.R04 cabinet rows on distribution SD02. During the maintenance, the feed will be without electrical supply from the mains distribution, which means that the feed on those cabinets will be without power during the maintenance window, which can last up to 60 minutes.
We urge all customers to ensure redundant connection or reconnection of single PSU equipment on the other feed, as well as using proper STS/ATS measures to implement redundancy on the customer level side.

We'll be carrying out a change of the external bypass switch for RR.A.R03 and RR.A.R04 cabinets. The change is necessary to replace a non-break-free bypass switch, which was wrong delivered and caused a unexpected loss of power on the RR.A.SD02.UPS-A feed on 24th October 2024, during a routine UPS maintenance, supposed to cause no break in power delivery.
During the maintenance period, RR.A.SD02.UPS-A feed will be without power, lasting for up 60 minutes. Related cabinet fuses will be switched off, works carried out, later switched back on.
Customers in those rows, may ensure power redundancy for single PSU servers using STS/ATS as well as proper connection of Dual PSU equipment. Single PSU servers may need reconnection in case STS/ATS isnt deployed. Failure to do so, may result in downtime. If you have any questions, please raise a ticket.
